BEFORE MARRIAGE PART1

before-marriage1
When it comes to marriage, what you don’t know really can hurt you,
many couples do not ask each other the difficult questions
that can help build the foundation for a stable marriage.

In addition to wanting someone with whom you can raise children
and build a secure life, those considering marriage now expect
their spouses to be both best friend and confidant,
these romantic-comedy expectations, can be very difficult to live up to.

Sure, there are plenty of questions couples can ask of each other
early in the relationship to help ensure a good fit,
but let’s face it: most couple don’t.

If you don’t deal with an issue before marriage,
you will have to deal with it while you’re married,
It can be hard to keep secrets decade after decade,
and reticence before the wedding can lead to disappointments down the line.

These type of questions, intimate and sometimes awkward,
but designed to spark honest discussions and possibly give couples
a chance to spill secrets before it’s too late.

A relationship’s success is based on how differences are dealt with,
as we are all shaped by our family’s dynamic,
this question will give you insight into whether your partner will come to mimic
the conflict resolution patterns of his or her parents or avoid them.

It is important to not just say what you think your partner wants to hear,
Before marrying, couples should honestly discuss if they want children,
How many do they want? At what point do they want to have them?
And how do they imagine their roles as parents?

GOOD BYE

good-bye

It’s always the same question, but different answers,
One thing is certain, right now I’m saying goodbye,
But even if I went away, you will always be in my heart,
At time you might remember Or maybe you’ll forget
The good times we had together, in my heart the memories set.

I know when the pain is bad, many say, NO!
But I’m glad I met you! Although this pain is a lot to bare,
And if you are in this situation, I pray you take courage and know,
That one day in the future you too may say,
“It’s better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all.”

I miss you, and this poem it’s all about you
Who once was the light of my life until I had to say goodbye,
I was devastated because I thought you were my other half,
And I think you should know that now that we’re miles-stone apart.

Even if I went away, you will always be in my heart,
At times you might remember Or maybe you’ll forget
The fun times we had together, in my heart the memories set.

I know we’ll find new people, but I hope we find love,
And if you manage to forget me, I’ll remember you to the end
Until one day we meet each other again and have a drink.

I pray you live out your dream with the new face
As we planned together to live forever as a team
I will always love you, by the good and the bad memories
You will always be remembered, Please don’t be sad, live your life.

HEART BROKEN

My heart was half broken in pieces
and took me years to get them close enough to one piece
just so that I can breathe a little, after all that I’ve been through.
I try my best not to live with regrets
which I could have sufficiently used
as an excuse of been heart broken.
Still now, I cannot comprehend whether or not
losing you was well worth it, as it seemed
to make me a bit insecure three out of seven at a time.
I sometimes have the impression that my heart cut deeply
and hurt so much inside of me that I have to say,
even the memories that we had most has be a part of this.
I cannot lie, that each time I see you it seems as we have never been broken,
but I never want to ask you if you ever feel the same,
For I would never want to be disappointed by how you may actually feel.
A man like myself, who have been through so much,
never freak out easily whether of misery, hanger, or heart broken,
for everything that you can think of, I’ve been through it all.
I have been with new faces and different races,
people that seems to treat me very right, even better than you ever did,
and people who show me care patiently and hold me through it all.
Be that as it may, I pray for the rain to wash them all,
the pain, the scars, and all the signs of suffering
For my soul want this moment to be different to the very last.
